1. Is this a pre-order?

No, pre-orders have closed. Limited TG’25 merch is now available for direct purchase online - while stocks last!

2. Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Yes! Pickup is available at Cornerstone Church, Kuching, Sarawak.

Please select the Pick-Up option at checkout.

3. When will I receive my order?

If you selected pickup, you’ll be notified when your item is ready.
Pickup is available at:
Cornerstone Revgen Hub (6th Floor, Song Plaza, Kuching)
Tues–Thurs, 9:30AM – 5:30PM | Sunday, 11:00AM – 1:00PM

If you selected shipping:

Within Malaysia: Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery.

International: Please allow up to 3–4 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship both internationally and within Malaysia.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

5. Do I have to pay customs/duties?

Some countries may apply customs or import duties. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Can I get a refund or exchange?

All sales are final, so we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — we’ll make it right!

7. How do I know what size to order?

A size chart is available on each product page. Please refer to it carefully before placing your order, as all sales are final.
