1. Is this a pre-order?

Yes, all TG’25 merch is available by pre-order only.
Orders will be produced after the pre-order window closes on 10 August 2025.

2. When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped or made available for pickup from Mid-August 2025 onward. We’ll notify you once your item is ready.

3. Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Yes! Pickup is available at: Cornerstone Church, Kuching, Sarawak.
Please select the Pick-Up Option at checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer both international and Malaysia-wide shipping. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order value during checkout.

5. Do I have to pay customs/duties?

Some countries may apply customs or import duties. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
